Executive Leadership

DR. SANJAY MOGHE
Founder and CEO of Millimeterchips Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. Moghe brings over 45 years of experience in the wireless industry. He previously co-founded RF Solutions, serving as President and CTO from 2000 to 2003, where the company became a leader in Wi-Fi RF chips before being acquired by Anadigics in 2003. He has extensive startup and industry experience, including RF Solutions and Pacific Monolithics and has helped raise over $17 million in funding while leading engineering teams of more than 40 engineers across organizations such as Raytheon, Avantek, Northrop Grumman, ADC Telecom and Micro Linear. Dr. Moghe has developed over 600 RF IC products using SiGe, GaAs (MESFET, PHEMT and HBT) and BiCMOS technologies, holds six granted patents, has published 45 papers in international journals and has chaired numerous conferences. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from RPI and an MS in Physics from the University of Louisville (USA). Dr. Sanjay has also been actively involved in IEEE 802-xx and other standards bodies, including chairing the IEEE 802.16 PHY group for the unlicensed band from 2000 to 2001.
